Tuesday 16th March - fitness training on land, not my preference!

Wind outlook improving... trying to keep up the fitness.
Did Bay's school drop off by foot... ran there while he scooted (it was like he was my personnal trainer scooting along next to me) and then rode the scooter home. Bike ride to Suzies in Parkdale to do some swim stuff on her computer then rode back again just in time to do Maddy's school pick -up by foot - run/power walk...very tired legs, then weight training on the way home carrying all their stuff.
Legs so sore need a bath and massage...
The days exercise was fueled by Gatorade...thanks Kim from Pepsico and Winners Bars ...thanks Sharon.
So nervous waiting and helping with the decision on what day to go...
All support crew have something on one of the good days, wont be able to please everyone, I want to go on the first good day but told it might be better next week... but that could change... arhhhhhh
Wish I liked a non weather dependent sport, but all the exciting ones require the right conditions. Sky diving was soooo amazing, but you need the right weather for that too don't you?
Wed wind might come up at Brighton, might go down and see if the shark shield repells that 3m shark or lures it to me!!
